Available Shifts

• Warehouse Freezer Crew Member: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – Finish
• Order Puller (Night Shift): Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – Finish

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused  Certified Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating reach trucks, moving inventory efficiently, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.  This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures ranging from 30&degree;F to 40&degree;F. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workplace.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a certified reach forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Unload products from incoming trailers and store them in designated warehouse or freezer locations.
• Move inventory to racks, pallets, or staging areas for storage and shipment.
• Accurately stock, replenish, and organize inventory.
• Inspect products for damage and report inventory discrepancies or quality concerns.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and equipment logs.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work safely and efficiently in a refrigerated warehouse environment with temperatures between 30&degree;F and 40&degree;F.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift operating experience required.
• Current Reach Forklift Certification required.
• Previous experience operating a  Reach Truck required.
• Experience working in refrigerated, chilled, or freezer warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably in a 30&degree;F to 40&degree;F refrigerated environment for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds , bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
