General certification requirements include physical therapy degrees and BLS. Common diagnoses and types of patients include outpatient, acute inpatient, swing bed skilled. The physical therapist will cover outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled areas. Experience preferred, but training will be provided. Casual professional dress code is required. Department-specific orientation will be provided. There are no weekend or holiday requirements. Charting system used is MatrixCare/Matrix. The position involves working in an acute care setting. This is part of the Allied Division.
